Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5 is a specialized tetrapeptide designed for the delicate periorbital region. It reduces vascular permeability and enhances lymphatic microcirculation, preventing interstitial fluid accumulation in the lower eyelid compartment. The peptide also inhibits glycation of collagen and reduces hemoglobin oxidation products responsible for dark circles. Clinical studies demonstrate significant reduction in under-eye puffiness and dark circle appearance. It is a benchmark active ingredient for eye contour formulations in skincare.

Acetyl Tetrapeptide 5's dual action: draining excess fluid while simultaneously protecting periorbital collagen from glycation.
