Oligopeptide-24 is an EGF-like oligopeptide incorporating the RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) integrin-binding motif, which mediates cell adhesion and activates growth factor receptor signaling cascades. The RGD sequence interacts with integrin receptors (αvβ3, α5β1) on fibroblasts and keratinocytes, promoting cell proliferation and ECM remodeling.
